Post Construction Award Services for the Renovation of the Building 101 6th Floor

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has successfully negotiated a sole source contract with DELTA ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS, AND LAND SURVEYORS, DPC (Delta) formally known as OKKS studios at, 8401 Connecticut Ave, Suite 350 Chevy Chase MD 20815, to provide Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) related to contract SB1341-14-CQ-0029 task order 1333ND19FNB195093 for Architect/Engineer (A/E) services for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) building 101, 6th Floor office renovations. Award is made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and utilizes the authority specified in 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3304(a)(1), Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. A copy of the approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached.
