FAR Part 16 Exception To Fair Oppurtunity Justification - Contract W15P7T-17-D-0155 Task Order W15P7T-18-F-0032

The proposed action is for a modification to Cost-Plus-Fixed- Fee and Cost-No-Fee Task Order (TO) W15P7T-18-F-0032 under Contract W15P7T-17- D-0155, with Amentum Services, Inc, 20501 Seneca Meadows Pkwy Suite 300, Germantown, MD 20876-7019. This request is to increase the Other Direct Costs (ODC) contract line item number (CLIN) in the Option Year 2 and Option Year 3. The estimated value of the ODC CLIN increase is $1,531,187.28, and will subsequently increase the overall TO ceiling value, including Options, from $25,207,462.61 to $26,738,649.89. The Government expects to modify the existing TO on or before 19 April 2021. Fiscal Year 2021 Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide funds will be used to fund the ODC Ceiling Increase. W15P7T-17-D-0155 TO W15P7T18F0032 was awarded under the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehiclein accordance with (IAW) FAR 16.505 ordering procedures.
