Commercial Electric Power at the USAGM Transmitting Station in Tinang, Philippines

The U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Power Suppliers to provide Electric Supply Services for its US Government-owned Transmitting Station located in Tinang, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. Retail Electricity Suppliers (RES) providing proposals under this RFP must be approved and licensed to do so by the Philippines Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). The Tinang facility is Contestable under the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA). The delivery voltage is 230KV. The total contract value is not to exceed (NTE) $4,017,553.00. The Contractor shall provide a single consolidated bill each month including the Generation and Transmission portion of the bill combined under the Contractor’s bill. The bill shall include all meter readings. This contract has a Base Period of 12 months with four (4) one year Option Periods.
