Condor-Oatridge Security’s total bid at $2,272,939.72 is 24 percent lower than the revised Independent Government Estimate (IGE). The revised Government Estimate considers the decrease of 18 percent cost due to exuberant overtime estimates. Considering all elements such as the revised Estimate, the fact that Oatridge Security (now a joint venture with Condor Security) is the incumbent service provider of these services and the competitive bids received, the total bid submitted by Condor-Oatridge Security is considered fair and reasonable on the basis of competitive pricing and the IGE.
