This is a firm fixed price (FFP) / indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that was procured using other than full and open competition as circumstance and local requirements dictate that only one supplier can furnish the services, per FAR 6.302-5. The work to be acquired under this contract is for commercial refuse & recycle collection services at aboard Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Seal Beach Detachment Norco, Norco, CA. The Contract term is for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) one-year option periods, for a total maximum period of 60 months.
