The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office issued a sole source award to Germfree to provide rental of a certified Pharmacy Compounding Trailer and service package for the Jamacia Plain VAMC. Germfree was determined to be the only company capable to provide the rental and the level of service required by the Jamacia Plain VAMC. This purchase was made using Far Part 13 procedures and is adhering to the posting procedures in Far Part 5. (See Attached Sole Source Document.)
