General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: Solicitation #6FL0544

This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 43,528 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 36,999 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet using the Full and Open Competition method. The lease has been awarded to Imperium Equity Partners, LLC in Gulfport, MS. The lease terms are set as a 15 year/10 years firm. Commencing 10/1/2023 through 9/30/2033, the US Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $1,761,112.00 for a fully serviced lease at a rate of $146,759.33 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental rate in the amount of $952, 040.53 annually and an operating rent of $463,708.00, Commencing October 1, 2033, through October 31, 2038, the US Government shall pay the lessor an annual rent of $1,761,140.40 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $146,761.70 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $1,297,432.40 annually and an operating rent of $463,708.00, The lease terms are set as a 15 year/10 years firm. The GSA may terminate this lease after September 30, 2033 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
