Award Notice for General Services Administration (GSA): Eagle Pass, TX (0TX2962)

This serves as a notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 20,098 rentable square feet (RSF) of space yielding a minimum of 17,477 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) office area using the full and open competition practices for a new/replacing lease for the Drug Enforcement Administration. A lease was awarded to Tau Central, LLC on October 25, 2021. The commencement date of this lease shall be upon substantial completion and acceptance of the Government's improvements. The U.S. Government shall pay an annual rent of $680,097.15 for a fully servived lease at a rate of $56,674.76 per month for years 1-15. The U.S. Governments shall pay an annual rent of $542,244.04 for a fully serviced lease at a rate of $45,353.67 per month for years 16-17. The lease term shall be 17 years long with 15 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease within 90 days of written notice to the lessor after the firm term.
