Offered space must have a minimum clear ceiling height of 27’6” in warehouse areas. Offered space must have a minimum of one (1) vehicular repair garage with three (3) bays & overhead doors and a separate loading dock with two (2) ground level docks and (1) recessed dock with self-leveler. This Government tenant must be the sole tenant in the offered building. It is anticipated the incumbent Lessor may compete for this procurement. The Government will consider costs associated with moving when evaluating all offers, including, cost of relocation or replication of furniture, telecommunications and security infrastructure, replications costs, and other move-related costs, if applicable.
