The purpose of the project is renovate NPDS Rooms and Repair Counter Tops at NPDS in Building 1, WRNMMC, Bethesda Maryland. The project was awarded as a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract to EG Management Services through an 8(a) program . The Offer was accepted by SBA and Sole Source is allowed per FAR 6.302-5 (4)- Authorized or required by statute- Sole Source awards under the 8(a) program.
