Army Field Support Battalion (AFSBn-CHS) Facility Preventive Maintenance, Inspection & Repair Services

The contractor shall provide a preventive maintenance, inspection (PMI), and repair service contract for approximately 56 various type structures (i.e., warehouses, vehicle maintenance bays, office areas, hazardous waste storage, vehicle wash rack, etc.) located in an industrial type-complex on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Place of Performance: AFSBn Charleston is in Goose Creek, South Carolina on the Joint Base Charleston- Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Period of Performance is as follows: Base Year: 01 April 2024 – 31 March 2025 Option Year 1: April 2025 – 31 March 2026 Option Year 2: April 2026 – 31 March 2027 Option Year 3: April 2027 – 31 March 2028 Option Year 4: April 2028 – 31 March 2029
