Military Correction Complex at Ft. Leavenw orth, Kansas. The MCC includes maximum and medium security prison areas that w ill remain occupied during construction. The scope of this Design-Build contract for the MCC includes the following: Repair show ers in domicile pods; replace plumbing in some areas;replace HVAC and DDC controls; replace fire alarms; parking lot repairs;repair dining facility floors; replace f loor coverings throughout complex; replace roofs; replace underground hot and chilled water piping system.
