The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District awarded a single Firm-Fixed-Price, design-build construction contract to provide design and construction activities to elevate up to twenty (20) designated residential structures (up to 21 if an option is exercised) in southwestern coastal Louisiana (LA). Residential structures will be elevated to the 100-year base flood elevation based on year 2075 hydrology in two (2) parishes: Vermilion and Calcasieu. The contract action was competed as a 8(a) Set-Aside.
