Replacement of 3 Electrical Substations per Scopes of Work, at the Watervliet Arsenal, NY

Contractor is required to provide all labor, material, parts and equipment for replacement and consolidation of electrical substations 3B2 and 3B3. replacement and relocation of substation 2B1 from its current location to the SE corner of B110. All components of 2B1 shall be replaced as new and all feeders will be rerouted and reconnected to the new switchgear. per SoW # 8PW081; removal and replacement of Loop 3 South, Substation 3B2A in the vicinity of Bldg.35, East. Replacement will include 13.2kV local HVLs, two 13.2kV-480V transformers, 480V substation, associated enclosures, foundation pad(s) & fencing. SoW # 8PW083; and replacement and consolidation of electrical substations 3B2 and 3B3. All components of 3B2 section switches shall be removed and integrated into the new 3B3 substation, creating a larger station on the original 3B3 footprint per SoW # 8PW084. The contract is firm fixed price, but was not awarded competitively, as per the authority of FAR 19.8, and the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C.637(a))
