BLDG1903 DLA CONCRETE PAVING TO REPAIR PONDING

Demo, remove, and replace approximately 5,600 SQFT of concrete slabs, excavate approx. 8,400 cuft of existing soil and replace with clean compacted base coarse material, and 180 LF of Fence and a rolling gate with new operator and sensors. Install a pre-manufactured speed hump system. Remove and replace the concrete top and lid to an electrical manhole. Remove and replace approx. 125 LF section of damaged/destroyed chain link security fence. The contract action was not awarded competitively. Section 8(a) Direct Award in accordance with DFARS 252.219-7009.
