This contract provides mechanical installation, minor construction, infrastructure sustainment, maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)systems, water systems (raw, potable, industrial, fire protection), steam systems, and fuel systems projects. These projects include design-build efforts, equipment installation, real property maintenance, repair, alteration, infrastructure sustainment, restoration, and modernization to support the research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) mission at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), Tennessee. These contracts do not include performance at the Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) of AEDC. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and four offers were received.
