LOUIS JOB CORPS CENTER AND NOT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" Scope of Work for: Roof Leak -Repairs St Louis Job Corps Center Job Corps Center Operated by Adams and Associates, Inc. For the U.S. Department of Labor The St Louis Job Corps Center is experiencing several leaks to three (3) buildings on center. Building #222 Medical/Business Clerical, Building #223B Education and Building #234 Admin/Warehouse. See the attached site map depicting water penetration issues. The ballasted single ply membrane roof has a considerable amount of ponding and leaking. The approximate total SF of roof repairs will need to be reviewed and recommended by a roofing contractor to the center. The ballasted single ply membrane this is deteriorating and leaking to Buildings #222, #223B and #234 need to have an experienced professional roofing contractor review and make recommendations to the amount of Square Footage (SF) and cost associated with addressing the damaged roof membrane and insulation that needs to be removed and replaced with like materials. All the areas where the membrane is to be patched are to be cleaned before patching is applied. Removal of any soapy film, Patch line up correctly and roll the butyl backed tape in place with firm roller to assure contact with the edges properly caulked with a bead of polyurethane sealant and cover the seam consistently. The materials and labor associated to complete the roof patching should have a manufactures warranty for a period of one year minimum.
