The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded task order number GS-P-05-10-GB-5006, under the existing Region-wide Indefinite Delivery & Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number GS-05P-09-GBD-0033, Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services contract to Mortenson Construction in the amount of $246,123.00 for the base contract covering the Preconstruction Phase Services. The following option was accepted and may be awarded at a later time: Option 1 for Construction Phase Services consisting of Construction Management Services and Construction Services in the amount of $17,626,687.00.
