74--Global 360 software support renewal for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Resolution Management (ORM)

The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Resolution Management (ORM) proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award (sole source) with OpenText, Inc., 100 Tri-State International Parkway, 3rd Floor, Lincolnshire, IL 60069, for the Global 360 licenses renewal. Services will include: access to software updates and telephone technical support for the business flow/ process application (Commercial Off The Shelf-COTS) product and the use of licenses per seat for ORM counselors and investigators. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Open Text. Award is anticipated no later than 7/1/2012. The period of performance is from 7/1/2012 through 6/30/2013. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
