70--RALS Service Agreement ELP Interface Software to download critical INR results form iST device to CPRS for proper documentation. Looking for a sources that can provide RALS Services.

RALS STATEMENT OF WORK The El Paso VA currently does not have any software interface that allows POC testing units, iSTAT to interact with CPRS, the VA's electronic medical chart system. This interface is needed to allow critical patient lab information to download automatically into CPRS for immediate access. This will help in delivering optimal health care to our veterans. The Technology License provided by Alere Informatics will include service, support, updates and hardware maintenance. The supply of RALS-Plus for use by Customer is governed by the terms and conditions of the RALS Software Technology System License Agreement.
