DESCRIPTION: The VA Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN6) Central Acquisition Service intends to procure sole source with Philips Medical Systems, 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell, WA 98021 for preventative maintenance to include all parts, glassware, software updates, labor, travel, and unlimited telephone technical assistance required to maintain the following equipment: Philips Model Integris Allura biplane cath lab, Philips Allura XPER FD10 monoplane cath lab, and Philips Model Xcelera R1.2L3 Cardiac imaging and archival system located at the VA Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street., Durham, NC 27705. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement with a business size standard of $6.5 Million. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
