Removal and Installation of New Heating Duct Work for Four Red Rock Day School Government Quarters. (see Statement of Work)

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Acquisition Office is requesting Proposals/Quotes for the removal and installation of new rigid heating ducts to to Four Government Quarters. Building No's 529, 530, 531 and 532 on the Red Rock Day School Campus. Included in this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision during the removal and installation on the Duct Work. The Period of Performance is expected to be 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed, allowing the contractor time to order and deliver materials. Award of contract will be Fixed-Price with a small business set aside under NAICS 333414. The Statement of Work, Wage Determination for the Davis Bacon Act Compliance, and Clauses/Provisions are incorporated into the Solicitation. In accordance with FAR 36.602-1, interested contractors shall submit in their Proposal Package a signed SF-1442 and the following supon which the selection criteria of award will be based in descending order as to the Best Valu to the Government. 1) Specialized Experience/Technical Competence (is most important) 2) Past Performance (provided references and work performed) 3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time. 4) Knowledge of the locality of the project, and 5) Price. Factors 1-4 when combined are equal to factor 5. Contractors are required to include all Federal, State and Local Taxes and Tribal TERO Taxes in their Proposals/Quotes.
