This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation reference number 5000091224 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05, effective 03/30/2020. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is: 238210, and the small business size standard in dollar amount is $15m. A list of the contract line items, quantities, units of measure, the description of the requirement, dates, and place(s) of performance are identified in the IRS Quotation Sheet document and Statement of Work. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Information document. Make various changes to the RFQ Information document. The revised RFQ Information is attached titled, Revised RFQ Information Rev 5-29-20. Note. The revised Statement of Work is attached titled, West Palm Beach SOW (Rev 5-29-20). Note: Blue fonts represent additions and red strikethrough fonts represent deletion. 4. Provide updated floor plans for 3rd Floor, 7th Floor, 8th Floor and 11th Floor. 5. Provide floor plan for 9th and 10th Floors.
