Y--Construction of one new water treatment building, install equipment and controls, site work for installing underground piping.

Contractor to furnish all services, equipment and supplies as necessary to construct one (1) new water treatment building, complete and ready for occupancy; installing water treatment equipment and controls; related site work for installing underground piping and appurtenances, building electrical and mechanical systems and other equipment as further specified and shown on the contract documents, specifications, and drawings. The performance period is 300 calendar days and liquidated damages of $300 per day apply. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 20% will be required as well as 100% performance and 100% payment bonds. This acquisition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business concerns under NAICS Code 237110.
