R--Streamlined Competition on administrative/clerical commercial functions IAW OMB Circular A-76

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003), the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), a bureau of the Department of the Interior, announces a streamlined competition on administrative/clerical commercial functions in our Lakewood, CO Region 6 Headquarters Office. Approximately twenty-two Government personnel currently perform these functions. As required by OMB Circular A-76, we will compare the cost of the Government's most efficient organization to private sector offers.
