Y--Y - Construct a stand alone self contained shower facility - Cumberland Island Naional Seashore

This requirement is being cancelled. The park has decided to build the shower restroom facility with National Park Service labor. This building is in a sensitive area and needs to be built in a way that it can be disassembled/moved in the future if needed and reassembled.
