R--Performance Decision Announcement on OMB Circular A-76: Department of Interior Public-Private Competition of certain human resource services performed by the National Park Service at locations throughout the National Park Service.

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. Description: In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, May 29, 2003, this notice provides the formal public announcement of a standard competition performance decision for the human resource services performed throughout the National Park Service. The incumbent service providers affected by this public-private competition are approximately 122 Department of Interior civilian employees. The standard competition form indicates that National Park Service government personnel are the most cost effective source. Once all contests or protests have been resolved or the period for submitting contests or protests has expired, a letter of obligation will be issued and the post competition accountability requirements of the Circular will be performed by the requiring activity. The adjusted baseline costs and standard competition form and documentation will be available upon request once all contests and protests have been resolved or the period for submitting contests and protests has expired.
