Special Notice for Sole Source The National Park Service, Richmond National Battlefield Park (RICH), Richmond, VA intends to award a noncompetitive contract to Comcast Business Communications, LLC.; One Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19103 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The park requires the installation of equipment and cabling needed to provide high-speed internet service. Comcast Business Communications, LLC is the only provider in the area that can install the equipment and infrastructure to reach the intended Richmond areas. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517311, Wired Telecommunications Carriers.
