Notice of Intent to Exercise Option Year

On June 9, 2017, the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, awarded Purchase Order R17PX00513 for remote support and maintenance for the Montana Area Office VTC units in Yellowtail, Canyon Ferry, Chester and Billings. Remote Maintenance support covers the Polycom hardware, primarily the camera and codec unit, help desk support, advanced parts replacement, after hours emergency help desk support, access to software updates and upgrades and access to automated trouble ticket system and reporting. BT Conferencing Video, Inc. was awarded the Purchase Order with a base year plus two option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 811213. This procurement was awarded on a sole source basis to BT Conferencing. The awardee was required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the award of the Purchase Order. The intent of this notice is to synopsize the option years for Purchase Order R17PX00513. Reclamation intends to exercise the final option year for Purchase Order R17PX00513, Remote support and Maintenance Services, in accordance with FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, included in the Purchase Order. If all options are exercised, the ultimate completion date of the base plus all option years is July 14, 2020.
