99--Design of Exhibit,Grand Portage National Monument, Grand Marais, Minnesota

This proposed contract action announces the Government's intent to issue a contract on a non competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-5 to the Minnesota Historical Society. The contract is for the design of exhibits for the Grand Portage National Monument Heritage Center in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation is available. Any source who believes they can provide the required services is encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 7 days from the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the disccretion of the Government.
