99--Notice of planned site visit at Trail Ridge Store within Rocky Mountain National Park

The National Park Service intends to host a site visit in conjunction with the solicitation for the concession contract for food, beverages, and retail services at Trail Ridge Store within Rocky Mountain National Park on September 21, 2004. Participants will meet at 9 a.m. in the Discovery Room at the Fall River Visitor Center near the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. To access the Fall River Visitor Center continue northwest on Highway 34 past the Stanley Hotel. Following a brief introduction period, the group will caravan to the store from the Fall River Visitor Center. Trail Ridge Store is located near the summit of Trail Ridge Road at an elevation of 11,796 feet above sea level. Inclement weather may cause sudden but temporary closures of Trail Ridge Road. Be advised that temporary closures of Trail Ridge Road may delay the site visit for up to 24 hours. Information regarding road conditions or any closures will be distributed to participants who are in attendance at the 9 a.m. introduction meeting. Attendance at the site visit is not required to bid on the respective Prospectus, but attendance is encouraged. No questions specific to the Prospectus will be entertained during the site visit.
