The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirements for components for SC63C fish marking system furnished by Northwest Marine Technology of Shaw Island, WA. This requirement is being procured pursuant to FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Fish and Wildlife Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northwest Marine Technology, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 This is not a request for proposals, however, the Fish and Wildlife Service will consider all proposals received with 10 calendar days after the date of publication of this notice.
