NOTICE OF INTENT TO MODIFY EXISTING PURCHASE ORDER The Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge has a requirement for bulk fuel to be deliveried to the refuge on an per call basis. At the Stillwater NWR shop we have two 1000-gallon tanks; one for unleaded and one for diesel. Berry-Hinckley Industries has offered to provide us with bulk fuel deliveries delivered at our convenience at fair and reasonable rates. At the time of the initial award Berry Hinckley was charging $1.91 per gallon and $1.92 per gallon for diesel. The fuel prices at the pump in Fallon, Nevada, were at $2.47 per gallon for unleaded and $2.41 per gallon for diesel. Berry Hinckley will charge the Government no more than they would for their most favored customer. This is not a request for quotes.
