T--Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract for $63,200 to Watershed Sciences of Corvallis, Oregon for True Color Photo Acquisition and processing of Sprague River Basin, Oregon

The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for orthorectified aerial photos of the Sprague River Basin in Oregon to provide validation data to characterize riparian, channel, and habitat conditions in 30,238 acres of watershed. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Watershed Sciences of Corvallis, OR in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, due to their extensive experience with aerial photography of the Sprague RIver. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, the Government will consider all responses to this notice received not later than July 26, 2007.
