B--Notice of intent to award a sole source contract for database development to document surface disturbance, restoration treatments and monitoring of future habitat restoration projects.

The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Office of Sponsored Programs, 4505 Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89154-1055 for database development, through the Harry Reid Center, to document surface disturbance, restoration treatments and monitoring of future habitat restoration projects. This contract will include components for data collection, checking, integration, documentation, analysis, reporting, distribution, archiving, and security. Historic restoration data will be identified and incorporated into this database. Training and documentation will be provided to restoration staff in the use of the various components of this system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611310 with a size standard of $6.5M.
