Description

National Park Service intends to award a sole source procurement to Appalachian Aqatic Consultants, 1193 Beaver Creek Rd NW, Floyd, VA. The contract type is to be a firm tixed price commerical type contract contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Appalachian Aquatic Consultants is the only capable source to satisfying the government's menimum requirement. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. Telephone, fax, and or email request will not honored. No contract will be awarded on teh basis of offers received in response to this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
