F--Reproduction of Historic Painted Window Shades for the Hampton Mansion Drawing Room, Hampton National Historic Site

The National Park Service, WASO, WCP, located in Lakewood, CO intends to negotiate on a sole soure basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) with John Roselli & Associates 979 3rd Ave. New York, NY 10021. The requirement includes reproduction of a set of four hand-painted, reproduction window shades based on surviving examples and historic photographs in Hampton's collection. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available. However, firms that believe they can provide services that fully neets the Government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation electonically, to the identified point of contact within 15 days after publication of this synopsis. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not ot conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
