The National Park Service contemplates issuing a sole source contract to Rheaco Service Inc. 174 Cemetery road, Dayton, TN 37321-1127. (See General Description below) Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), the value of the contract is expected to be under $27,387.00. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The National Park Service (NPS), Southeast Regional Office requires supplies, labor, materials to replace and install the large commercial HVAC systems that has humidity control devices in the Theater at Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a). This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. This supply is being procured as a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with the procedures.
