This opportunity is available only to the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy (GGNPC), a Parks Partner to the National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), San Francisco, CA, under Contract No. C8148090013. The NPS intends to conduct negotiations with the GGNPC for the Mori Point Endangered Species Protection by Trail Realingment Project, located in Pacifica, San Mateo County, CA. This project will include Plant Propagation, Invasive Non-Native Plant Control Revegetation, Stewardship, Project Management, Biological Monitoring, and Community/Youth Engagement. This non-competitive procurement is in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source Will Satisfy the Agency's Requirements". A determination by the NPS not to open this requirement to competition is soley within the discretion of the NPS in consideration of what is in the best interest of the Government. The NPS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to the GGNPC. The NAICS code is 111421.
