Recovery Act Action:Dias Ridge Rehabilitation and Trail Improvement Project - Plant Propagation, Revegetation, Stewardship, Project Management and Community Engagement

RECOVERY: This Notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy (GGNPC), a Parks Partner to the National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), San Francisco, CA, under Contract No. C8148090011. The NPS intends to conduct negotiations with the GGNPC for the Dias Ridge Rehabilitation and Trail Improvement Project, located at Dias Ridge, Marin County, CA to include Plant Propagation, Revegetation, Stewardship, Project Management and Community Engagement. This non-competitive procurement is in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source will Satisfy the Agency's Requirements". A determination by the NPS not to open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the NPS in consideration of what is in the best interest of the Government. The NPS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to the GGNPC. The NAICS code is 111421.
