THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS under the National Park Service Midwest Regional Office Major Acquisition Buying Office (MWRO MABO) Maintenance Architect and Engineering IDIQs. On 27 June 2009, the MWRO MABO will compete a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order against its existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool, which were fully competed and established in accordance with FAR Part 36 and related supplements. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: RECOVERY- The A/E shall provide all necessary services and supporting activities in the field of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering and LEED accreditation to evaluate the existing site condition and proposed prototype construction documents and determine the full extent of the work to be completed to provide necessary specifications, drawings and documentation for a Gold or Platinum LEED certified housing structure located at Grand Portage National Monument.
