RECOVERYArchitect-Engineer (A/E) Design Development and Construction Document Services. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded the initial contract award under the National Park Service's (NPS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract number C2000080300. The referenced contract was awarded to Andrews and Anderson Architect PC. The Contractor has previously completed the schematic design document services under a task order issued February 6, 2009. The National Park Service now seeks to acquire the design development and construction document services for the construction documents. Accordingly, this project is a continuation of design services to develop design and construction documents for the replacement of potable water tanks, piping, and a fire suppression system at park headquarters in Sequoia National Park, Three Rivers, California. The design documents shall be used as a basis for a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be issued to solicit a construction contract for the new water system.
