The selected Architect-Engineer design firm will assist the Government in developing a schematic design for replacement of approximately 2,000 linear feet of failed or deteriorating timber bulkhead at Fire Island National Seashore headquarters in Patchogue, NY. This schematic design will be used in the solicitation of a Design-Build construction contract for completion of design and actual construction associated with the project.
