This opportunity is available only to contractors awarded contracts under Solicitation No. N6000040400 (Ratio Architect C6000040400, Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects, C6000040500, and Quinn Evans Architects C6000040600). The selected Architect-Engineer design firm will attend meetings in preparation to prepare Design Development and Construction Documents required for construction/rehabilitation of the Union Building Interior at Keweenaw National Historic Park. The final construction documents will be used as the basis for a Request for Proposal that will be issued to solicit a construction contract for the building. Predesign and schematic design have already been completed.
