This is not a solicitation. The U.S. FWS has a requirement to complete A/E design services to rehabilitate the egg incubation chilled water system at the Kooskia National Fish Hatchery, Kooskia, ID. The IDIQ contract was previously awarded under A/E procedures following the Brooks Act.
