RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS WETLAND RESTORATION IDIQ CONTRACTS. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for Architectural and Engineering Design services for the replacement of the Lower Goodall Heath Water Control Structure on Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge located in Baring, Maine. It is the intent of the Government to award a task/delivery order against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. These contracts were awarded under the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36 for A&E Services. The selected IDIQ vendor is Ducks Unlimited, Inc. - Contract No. 301817D007. The task/delivery order will be Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code is 541330.
