RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 5 A&E IDIQ CONTRACTS SOUTHERN ZONE. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for A&E Services to Design Energy Efficiency Improvement (HVAC/Geothermal System Upgrade) for the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Milton, Delaware. It is the intent of the government to award a task/delivery order against an existing IDIQ contract. This contract was awarded under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 36.6 for Architect and Engineering Services. The selected IDIQ vendor is Burgess & Niple, Inc. - Contract No. 501816D005. The task/delivery order will be fixed price. The NAICS code is 541310. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of designing energy efficiency improvements to the current HVAC System at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Mitlton Delaware The final design will be incorporated into a solicitation for the eventual construction modifications to the facility.
