RECOVERY -AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT. IDIQ TASK ORDER NOTIFICATION: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. On or about September 24, 2009, the Region-8 U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to issue a Task Order (TO) against FWS ID/IQ Contract 10181-9-D-238, with RPR Architects of Oakland, CA. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS has a requirement to modify and site adapt the planning and design for an existing, previously constructed, FWS Bunkhouse (approx 1,500-SF) for this project at Modoc NWR, Alturas, CA. An IDIQ contract was previously awarded under A/E procedures following the Brooks Act and the source selection under this requirement is considered a competitive award following these source selection guidelines. The IDIQ Task Order is Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code is 541310; size standard $4.5M.
