Notice of Intent to award sole source contract to National Academy of Sciences.

This announcement is for informational purposes only and is not a solicitation. This notice of intent is being issued to announce that it is the US Fish and Wildlife Service's intent to award a sole source contract to the National Academy of Sciences (Academy) to conduct studies in support of sustainable water and environmental management of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta in California. The Academy will help ensure the scientific basis of actions that sustainable Bay Delta and a reliable water supply. This is being contracted as a sole source as identified in the FY2010 Senate Appropriation Language using FAR 6.302-5 as the FAR Justification.
