This opportunity (Task Order Proposal Request no. 10181RR196) is available as a competitive task order only to the following contractors that were awarded a U.S. FWS Region 1 Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract under Alteration/Repair/Rehab/Demolition projects for the work category of construction: EDL Construction, CA; Yerba Buena Eng. & Construction, CA; SM Construction, CA; Five Rivers Construction Inc., WA; Combined Effort, CA; and MJ Hughes Construction, OR; Knight Construction & Supply, WA; Burton Construction, WA; Northern Management Services, Inc., WA; Allen-Bradbury Construction, WA. The estimated closing proposal response date is 12/24/2009. The estimated award date is 12/31/2009. The PSC is Y111, NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $14 million. Estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. After evaluation of offers is completed, the Government intends to issue a firm fixed price task order to the ID/IQ contractor (offeror) whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government.
